ATONYA McCLAIN
Atonya McClain is an attorney with her principal office in Katy, Texas. Her practice focuses on immigration law, criminal defense law, and family law.
Ms. McClain entered the legal field in 1995 as a Legal Assistant and Legal Secretary for various legal entities and firms in Houston, Texas. She worked in the following practice areas: Family Law; Litigation; Oil and Gas; Insurance Law – Subrogation; Personal Injury – Auto Accidents; Criminal Law; Estate Planning; Energy Law; Toxic Tort – Asbestos; and Child Support Establishment and Enforcement. She also volunteered for Child Advocates, Inc., an organization where volunteers serve as Guardian Ad Litems to assist the courts with cases involving children placed in the custody and care of the Texas Department of Family & Protective Services (CPS).
Since graduating from Thurgood Marshall School of Law, Ms. McClain has focused her practice of law in areas that she loves.
